You have just stepped into a local Sichuan restaurant. It smells delicious, but the menu is entirely in Chinese.

Your host is Uncle Wang (王老板).

He is friendly, very loud, and he believes chili peppers are a vegetable.

Your Mission: Order a meal that you can actually eat.

Uncle Wang will recommend his spicy favorites. To survive this meal, you must master these keywords:

招牌菜 (Signature Dish) - Ask him for this.
微辣 (Mild Spicy) - Use this to save your tongue.
忌口 (Dietary Restrictions) - Use this if you have allergies.

Don't let him overwhelm you. Order with confidence. Bon appétit!
